The copper casing of both the Brut and the Rose were inspired by the suit of armor worn by the knights of the palace. They are crafted from 100% second generation scrap copper and each bottle is recycled after consumption. So why the copper in the first place? Believe it or not, it's not just bling it actually helps save energy and keeps the temperature of the wine stabilized while it's being consumed without the use of an ice bucket.
