FedEx Shipping

Ships via FedEx — Ground, 2-Day Air, and Next Day Air options.

Processing Time

Orders generally ship within 3–5 business days, depending on stock and timing.

Adult Signature

Valid 21+ adult signature and proof of ID required on delivery.

Where We Ship From & To

Our warehouse is located in Southern California. We ship to states included in our shipping list within the United States only — we do not ship outside the U.S.

Restrictions

  • Cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses
  • Some products may be restricted by state alcohol laws
  • You will be notified at checkout if a product cannot ship to your address

Damaged Shipments

If an order is damaged by the shipping carrier prior to delivery, the order will be sent back and Epic Wine & Spirits will contact the customer regarding refund or reship options.

Adult Signature Required

All alcohol orders require a valid 21+ adult signature on delivery. We are unable to leave packages without one.

Who needs to sign for the package?

An adult 21+ with valid government-issued ID must sign for delivery.
