Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. 

Order cancellations requests prior to order be shipped out will be refunded in full minus transaction/credit card fees 

We may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis, subject to the following terms:

  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If the product was originally shipped free of charge due to a promotion, a $40 deduction will be applied to cover shipping and handling.


Exchanges & Store Credit

We offer exchanges or store credit only in the following situations:

1. Damaged Products

  • If your item arrives significantly damaged and you purchased shipping protection, you may be eligible for:

    • A replacement (if the item is in stock), or

    • Store credit equal to the item’s value, including shipping (if out of stock).

2. Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive the wrong item:

    • We will send you a prepaid return label.

    • Once the incorrect item is returned, we will send the correct one.

    • If the correct item is no longer available, you will receive store credit equal to the purchase price.


Order Cancellations

If your order has not yet been packaged or shipped, you may request a cancellation. Approval is at our discretion. A 5% transaction/credit card fee will be deducted from any approved refund.
