Processing Time

Standard processing time is 1 to 3 business days, depending on order volume and seasonal demand. During peak periods (e.g., holidays), processing may be delayed due to increased demand. While we strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible, we prioritize accuracy and quality.

Please note: Selecting UPS Next Day Air does not expedite Epic Wine & Spirits internal processing time. Courier fees are paid directly to UPS and do not affect how quickly we process your order.

Expedited Processing

For time-sensitive orders, we offer Expedited Processing for a $19.99 fee, which guarantees that your order will ship within 24 business hours. However, orders that include engraving will still process in their normal 3-5 business days period. 

  • Example:

    • Order placed on Tuesday → ships by Wednesday.

    • Order placed on Friday → ships by Monday.

If we fail to meet this 24-business-hour guarantee, your expedited fee will be fully refunded.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful and the item is returned to Epic Wine & Spiritsr:

  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Shipping costs are not refundable.

  • If free promotional shipping was used, a $40 deduction will apply.

  • If the returned item arrives damaged due to failed delivery or refusal, no refund will be issued and you will be responsible for the full cost.


Free Shipping Codes

Discount codes offering free shipping apply only to UPS Ground Shipping. If an alternative shipping method (e.g., Next Day Air) is selected without payment of the additional fee, the order will default to Ground Shipping automatically.

By using a free shipping code, you agree to these terms.


Age Restriction

You must be 21 years or older to use this site. By accessing our website, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and agree to our full Terms and Conditions.


Signed Delivery

An adult signature (21+) is required for the delivery. In case of your absence in the attempt of delivery you should call the carrier and arrange a new delivery .

We are not responsible for the successful delivery of your shipment The good result of the delivery depends on the courier and on the receiver.

After three delivery attempts the courier may return the shipment with additional costs.
If you wish to pick-up the shipment at the courier's facility, you'll have 5 days to collect, otherwise the shipment could return back to our U.S. warehouse. In case of shipment composed by more than one package, you must request the pick-up to the courier for all packages, communicating all tracking numbers.

Please note that the receivers are responsible for ensuring that the shipments of wine comply with all the local state tax, alcoholic beverages’ laws and regulations in the state of delivery, concerning the importation of alcoholic goods for personal consumption.
Should your shipment arrive damaged, please accept with "Specific reserve for damaged package", as any other wording will not be considered valid.
Do not throw away the packaging and take pictures of the complete packaging and goods.
In case the package has adhesive tape from the courier who made the delivery, please photograph the package still closed and inform us.

Contact us at the address info@epicwineandspirits.com within 5 business days of delivery, do not contact the courier who made the delivery directly. We remain at your complete disposal for any request.
