Aged exclusively in 100 percent Oloroso sherry seasoned European and American oak casks, Highland Park 12 Year Old’s incomparable balance of smoky and sweet comes from the aromatic Orcadian peat and sherry oak casks used during the malting and maturation processes respectively. Highland Park 12 Year Old was awarded 96/100 and the Tried and True Award at the Ultimate Spirits Challenge 2016.
