123 Diablito Organic Extra Añejo is crafted exclusively from organic, estate-grown agave which is harvested after a decade on a small parcel of land that sits 6,000 feet above sea level. The tequila is then aged for forty months in virgin, 114-liter American oak barrels. This extended aging process gives 123 Diablito Organic Extra Anejo an exquisite nose of white pepper, guava and vanilla, which leads to a hearty palate of chewy agave, cream and baking spices.
