Archie Rose Single Malt Australian Whisky is created using six sustainably sourced and distinct Australian grown malts 100% sourced from local farmers. Created in collaboration with new co-owner Chris Hemsworth, Single Malt Australian Whisky combines Archie Rose’s uncompromising distilling excellence with Chris’s creative leadership in a showcase of Australian ingenuity. Utilising our globally unique individual malt stream process, each malt type is milled, mashed, fermented, distilled, and matured separately before blending by the Archie Rose production team, led by Master Distiller Dave Withers, to highlight the distinct and flavorful character of the malts. Bottled at 46% ABV and aged for at least three years in Australian fortified wine (apera), European, and American oak casks, it balances spirit character with cask sweetness—delivering notes of slow-roasted pecans, tropical fruit, homemade toffee, and sticky date pudding. Aged in Australian fortified wine (apera), European, and American oak casks.
