This meticulously crafted Añejo tequila is distilled from 100% Blue Weber Agave. The liquid is a complex blend of tequilas matured from 12 to 36 months in virgin American whiskey barrels. To achieve its distinctive character, a portion of the agave is uniquely slow-cooked in a traditional earth pit oven, lending profound roasted and smoky notes that call to mind an ancestral Mexican kitchen.
