Three barrel small batch blends (all numbered sequentially). Blends vary 6-8 years years of age. Always bottled at Cask Strength (typically around 115 proof). 600 - 750 Bottles average batch yield. 51% Corn, 39% Rye, 10% malted rye. Originally distilled in Indiana, Blended and bottled in Lexington, KY. Each blend is unique.
