Del Amigo Mezcal

The agave is espadin and the village is Santiago Matatlan, Oaxaca. This mezcal is pit roasted with black oak, fermented with the solids by wild yeast, double distilled in 500L wood fired copper pots. Del Amigo is a delicious mezcal at an exceptional value. With its smoky richness and notes of bright citrus fruits, toasted almond and coconut this Mezcal would be a star in any agave cocktail. A favorite around the shop for bringing to share at gatherings or for shaking up a Tommy's Margarita!!
