Denizen 8 Year Old Merchant's Reserve Rum

Denizen Merchants Reserve is created by using rums that are fermented using slow working yeasts. This makes fermentation times last longer. This serves to create a more complex flavor and aroma profile. After this extended fermentation, the rum is then aged in once used American Oak bourbon barrels.
