Pollination Gin from the Dyfi Distillery in Wales is very much a product of its environment, featuring foraged botanicals from the local area - Snowdonia's foothills, Dyfi Forest and the estuary marshlands. Aromatic and vibrant stuff. Fresh pine and forest floor, almond, a touch of dried fruit, juniper and caraway.
