Lot No. 5 - 51.8% (Jan. 2024)

A blend of batches 4 and 5 blanco straight from the still.  Batch 5 featured a change in production, opting to forgo chill filtration leading to brighter citrus notes and an elongated finish.  The boost of citrus balances quite nicely with the cooked agave that's been present in all batches.
