Fortaleza Blanco Lot No. 150 *Limited Release*

For the 150th bottling run since Guillermo first fired up our 1903 boiler almost 20 years ago, and for our first time, we decided to ferment the mosto with the bagazo (cooked & crushed agave fibers) in our open topped wooden vats.

With no water added after distillation, this tequila was distilled to exactly 80 proof (40% ABV).
