Our Caribbean-style rum is crafted from 100% sugarcane and aged for 5 years in our bourbon barrels to ensure a complex structure. This careful process delivers a smooth, rich amber style rum, that offers soft spice notes on the nose and a faint hint of vanilla on the finish. The darker character is achieved by extended aging in our smaller capacity bourbon casks, acquiring an exquisite deep amber hue. This deeper expression finishes with intense notes of vanilla infused with dark caramel, honey, and oak, providing both a beautifully balanced mixing spirit and a complex sipping experience. This premium rum is packaged in a uniquely designed decanter formed in the shape of a professional soccer ball.
