LALO Tequila High Proof 2025 Edition is a limited-edition blanco that’s “distilled-to-proof,” meaning no water is added after distillation so it captures tequila in its most unaltered form. Made from mature Blue Weber agave, slow-cooked in stone ovens, naturally fermented with Champagne yeast, and distilled over two rounds without any additives.

• Nose: Fragrant cooked agave, bright citrus, herbaceous vegetal notes, and a touch of white pepper
