Liber & Co. Caremlized Fig Syrup

Made from California Black Mission and Calimyrna fig varieties, this syrup offers sugared dark fruit and subtle spice flavors. The naturally caramelized sugars yield notes of honey and dried fruit. We especially recommend it with barrel-aged spirits.
