The Normandin-Mercier Cognac XO 30 Years Old appears a gold color in the glass supported with amber reflections. The nose is dominated by fruity aromas (dried fruits among which hazelnut and almonds, candied fruits, citrus fruits), spiced (cinnamon, vanilla), sweetened (honey, toffee fair). These notes are followed by more subtle aromas of rancio (Porto), empyreumatique (smoked, chocolate-brown), cereal (brioche), vegetable (dry spices, light tobacco) and woody tones.
