Sierra Norte Mexican Whiskey White Corn

Sierra Norte Yellow Corn Mexican Whiskey distilled from native Oaxacan corn. 85% Oaxacan heritage corn and 15% malted barley. The nose has a slightly sweet and fruity aroma, vanilla, and almond with subtle black squid ink. On the palate are tones of green apple with a finish that is smooth and filled with cinnamon spice.
