Carrera has been dedicated to the manufacture of tequila for over 15 years. All agaves grow 6-8 years to maturity and then are cooked in stone/brick oven. Aroma: Vanilla, American Oak, cooked agave and citrus. Finish: Cinnamon & Light Pepper.
