Steward MBE in celebration of his 50 years with The Balvenie. Aged for a minimum of 16 years in American oak barrels and then transferred to European oak sherry casks for another year of maturation, this much-coveted quaff contains an undisclosed mash bill featuring a high percentage of malted barley and is bottled at 86 proof. Double Wood 17 Year Scotch was discontinued by The Balvenie in 2021 - allowing it to become an authentic unicorn cask in the whiskey world and an exceptional addition to any premium liquor collection.
