Nose: Warm caramel and vanilla with hints of toasted oak, Spicy rye grain with a touch of cinnamon and nutmeg, light citrus zest and honeyed sweetness

Taste: Rich caramel balanced by a smooth peppery rye spice and toffee upfront, notes of dark cherry, dried fruit and orange peel.

Finish: Long and dry with oak and pepper and a caramel loop.

Finish: Medium to long with a lingering warmth, oak tannins and spice fade into s soft caramel sweetness, and a final touch of black pepper, dark chocolate and vanilla.
