This tequila starts with estate-grown highland Blue Weber agave, which is slow-roasted, roller-milled, and twice-distilled. It then spends 26 months maturing in ex-Weller 12 Year bourbon barrels—imparting rich sweetness from the wheated bourbon cask while preserving the bright agave character.
